C.M. Lloyd, World Champion Jetski Racer
Carrington (C.M.) Lloyd, a 1989 8th grade graduate of Craig writes about his life since Craig School days.
After graduating from Landmark in 1993, C.M. moved with his family to Florida. He attended college in Utah and Vermont for a time before his family bought a Yamaha dealership in Florida and he began working there. C.M. raced jetskis for four years and became a world champion in 1995. In 1998 he was named pro rookie of the year. Unfortunately, back problems forced him out of the racing circuit, but he managed the racing team for three more years until he had to stop that as well.
He started in the dealership working on the machines, then moved to the parts department, next to sales, and is now a vice president. He has been working for ten years and knows all aspects of the business.
On the 1st of December last year he became engaged. (Unfortunately, he didn't tell us the marriage date, Ed.) He was impressed with the growth of Craig since he was a student and sends his thanks "for helping me get on the path that led to the great life I live today."
If anyone would like to contact C.M., email jday@craigschool.org for his address, phone number and/or email address.
