Doug House Planning Medical Career
Doug House, who graduated from the 8th grade in 2001, is hoping to transfer from CCM to a four year college program.
After Craig, Doug attended Bailey-Ellard High School and then transferred to Morris Catholic where he graduated in 2005. He is currently taking 18 credits this semester, most of them in the sciences, at the County College of Morris. The heavy load he hopes will earn him enough credits to be able to transfer to the University of Scranton whose nursing program he claims is rated among the top ten in the country. Doug's interest in nursing began when he read about the shortage of male nurses and the high starting wages. He has always had an aptitude for math and science, so nursing seems a logical choice. Doug's ambition extends further, however, since he plans to use nursing as a jumping off point for further studies in the medical field.
