Success Stories

The Craig Schools dynamic educational program, small class size and comprehensive support systems give students the specific learning strategies and program accommodations that allows for greater self-understanding, increased academic independence and improved academic success.

"We have found Craig to be a warm caring community. I think this spotlight is wonderful because it falls in line with Craig's philosophy of teaching the whole child. By recognizing their work outside of school you continually reiterate this point. I have had two friends approach me about Craig for their children in the past two weeks.   I was able to say without reservation that Craig is an outstanding school that they should strongly consider.  My daughter went from being the unhappy anxious child who hated school to one who actually doesn't give me a hard time about getting out of bed for school and has not suffered one anxiety attack this year. Craig has not only helped our daughter it has helped our family. I just want to make sure you are aware of the tremendous impact your school has."

A Current Craig Parent

"Before my son came to Craig, the focus was on his weaknesses. At Craig, the focus is on the whole individual and really understanding the personality and makeup of the individual. What's tremendous is that every person who works at Craig is a mentor to the students and there is mentoring going on in the classroom, in the hallways and throughout the school. Craig has given my child extra confidence in the area of history, his passion, but also allowed him to participate in sports and even win an award for sportsmanship. Craig has done an incredible job, not only preparing him for college, but for life."

"The teachers know there are boundaries, but are given the freedom and flexibility in the classroom to experiment and be themselves; they share a mission to really help each child reach his or her potential. Dr. Caparulo is a "Pied Piper" for those children; he truly cares about his students and he clearly enjoys his work. Since going to the High School, my son stands a "little taller" and believes "I can do it." We're so pleased to see a child who communicates more, takes greater personal responsibility for his work, and is more intellectually curious.
