This summer, I read several articles on anxiety.  As many of you know, the experts tell us that “Anxiety takes different forms for everyone” as noted in a recent newsletter from Angst. This source cites many individuals and what they have said concerning how anxiety may feel to them. Since reading the article, and the examples, I have noticed more often how people respond to situations that make them anxious and it actually has made it easier for me to accept their actions or behavior.  The more we recognize that someone’s reaction is driven by anxiety, the more we will be able to support them appropriately.
