CHS Ladies Leadership League (L3) Spring Guest Speaker Series: Last week, the L3 had a very special guest speaker join them for their annual L3 spring guest speaker series. What made it so special was that it was one of CHS’s very own, CHS Director of Admissions, Mrs. Nicole Moon. Mrs. Moon shared with the L3 that she entered college with interests in pursuing radio broadcasting and production. When it came time to enter the workforce, she followed the advice of her mother and applied for a job as a Visual Merchandiser for JC Penney. After Penney's there was no stopping her - on to Nordstrom, followed by Brooks Brothers. She loved the physical activity, from hanging seasonal lights to dressing and posing mannequins in the latest fashions. The physically demanding job and retail hours took its toll on her and after a number of years in retail, a job opportunity came up in the school admissions field at a school she attended when she was a high schooler. Mrs. Moon applied, enjoyed this new career which eventually led her to the doors of The Craig School. The pervasive theme of Mrs. Moon’s talk was that there are many careers we just don't know about that we may be very well suited for; something that sounds a little different may be exactly the thing you not only enjoy, but you will get paid to do it! On behalf of the L3, thank you Mrs. Moon for an enlightening and meaningful afternoon!

Not everyone golf’s and many of us who golf probably shouldn’t. But one thing we can all do regardless of our golf ability or golf interest is to support the Craig School golf outing through TEE BOX SPONSORSHIP. Our tee boxes are for both family and business sponsorships and provide a wonderful and obvious message of support. You can even pick your hole! Even if you are not attending the outing, your name and the recognition of your support will make the day a memorable one. To register for a TEE BOX go tohttp://www.craigschool.org/
