THE CRAIG SCHOOL

WEEKLY NEWSLETTER
Message from the Director

Dear Badger families,

Last evening’s Expo and Talent Show was a wonderful celebration of creativity, learning, and community. The evening began with our Curriculum Fair, where students proudly showcased a year’s worth of hard work and growth through book projects, essays, journals, and classroom projects spanning reading, math, language arts, science, social studies, and art. It was inspiring to see students enthusiastically sharing their learning and reflecting on all they have accomplished throughout the school year.

The second half of the evening brought excitement and entertainment during our annual Talent Show, where students confidently took the stage to share their unique gifts and interests. From hula hooping, piano playing, and singing to diabolo performances and even knee hockey, the range of talents on display was remarkable and a true reflection of the individuality and spirit of our students. The evening concluded on a high note with a performance by our beloved house band, The Bad Badgers, featuring both faculty members and students.

A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. Special appreciation is extended to the faculty and staff whose support, organization, and encouragement created a memorable celebration of student growth, talent, and community.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Jen Guthrie

Director of the Lower & Middle School

8th Grade Brunch – The Next Chapter

On June 10th, our 8th graders will gather for one final brunch together before graduation and the exciting next chapter ahead. This theme is The Next Chapter  and we’re looking for a few parent volunteers to help decorate on June 9th and assist with setup, serving, and cleanup on June 10th.

We are also collecting donations through our Amazon Wishlist. As a bonus, many of the book-themed decorations can be repurposed for the Media Center!

The Craig School’s 20th Annual Golf Outing & Auction

 Tuesday, June 16, 2026
 Ballyowen Golf Club

As we count down to our 20th Annual Golf Outing, we are incredibly grateful for the amazing support from our Craig community.

While our official registration deadline has passed, there is still time to join us on the course! We do have limited flexibility remaining for golfers and sponsors as final plans come together.

In addition, we are currently building our auction experiences -  and we would greatly appreciate support through our Golf Outing Amazon Wishlist.

Whether you attend the outing or simply want to support the event from afar, every item donated helps make the day extra special for our golfers and guests while supporting The Craig School and our students.
